MICROVISOR® Removable Mini Hood 36in Stainless Steel SB-36S. The MICROVISOR® Removable mini hood is simply inserted into the bracket and removed by simply pulling it out. This is our expanded size Microvisor for use with a 30″microwave with added trim kit for a total of 36″, normally used with a 36″ range beneath.

MICROVISOR® is a removable mini hood designed to attach to a “microwave over the range”, in order to provide improved exhaust functionality. The microwave over the range is 15” deep and cook-tops/ranges are a minimum of 26” deep, and it is virtually impossible to effectively exhaust the fumes from the front burners. The MICROVISOR captures steam, grease, smoke and odors by creating a capture zone. The MICROVISOR® is 35 7/8″ wide, 1″ high at the front and 1 1/2″high at the back. MICROVISOR is 8 1/2″ deep, and when inserted into the bracket it projects forward of the microwave oven by 6 1/2″. The MICROVISOR® installs in less than 5 minutes, once the MICROVISOR bracket is installed, the hood can be inserted and simply removed by pulling it out. MICROVISOR assists in preventing the smoke, grease and odors from mixing with the air in your home. Aids in stopping the accumulation of grease on furniture/cabinets by funneling the cooking by products back into the exhaust system of your MOR. The MICROVISOR® is removable, easy to store, and does not require any electrical components, or filters.
